"We had a good time at Camelback overall..."
We had a good time at Camelback overall, but wow, it got expensive fast. Between the tickets, food, and all the little extras, it really added up. The place is nice and the kids had fun, but we spent way too much time waiting in lines, which got frustrating after a while. It was a fun trip, just not sure it felt worth the amount we paid.

"Fun stay, but watch the extra fees"
Overall, we had a fun time at the resort. The staff was really nice, and the kids had a BLAST, so that part was definitely a win. But the extra charges were annoying. Between parking, resort fees, and a few random add-ons, the final bill ended up being higher than I expected when I booked. I just wish the pricing had been clearer up front

"Surprisingly decent wifi, cell service was hit or miss"
I didn’t expect much from the wifi at Camelback Resort, but it was actually solid for us. It worked in our room and around the lobby, and the kids were able to stream at night without too much complaining, which I guess is a win.

The phone signal was a different story in some indoor areas, though. It would drop or get weak here and there, but once we were outside it usually came back. Not amazing, but for being up in the mountains, it was probably better than I thought it would be.

"Could Use Better Upkeep"
A few areas looked worn down and didn’t seem like they had been fixed in a while. Maybe it was just the spots I noticed, but it kind of made me feel like general maintenance isn’t really being kept up overall

"Info was kind of all over the place"
The trip was decent overall, but some of the stuff on the website didn’t really line up with what the staff told us later. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a little confusing. Replies also took a bit longer than I expected. Not a bad experience or anything, I just wish the details had been a bit clearer before we booked.

"Felt safe the whole time"
I felt safe during our whole stay. There was security around, and the staff seemed to be checking on things here and there, but not in a weird or overbearing way. Parking felt fine too, even at night when I was with my kids. Just... no real worries, which was nice.

"Room seemed fine, but didn’t feel fully clean"
At first glance the room looked okay, so I was hoping it would be a comfortable stay. But then I noticed some dust and a bit of hair in the bathroom, which kind of made me feel uneasy about how thoroughly it had been cleaned. It wasn’t awful or anything, but I guess I expected it to feel a little fresher

I’ve been a passholder for a while now, it really does pay off. The discounts, early access, and little loyalty perks make our trips way easier. Camelback treats repeat guests really well, and that’s a big reason we keep coming back season after season.

"Besides the waterpark and skiing, there were..."
Besides the waterpark and skiing, there were a decent number of smaller things to do, like the arcade, climbing, and some outdoor activities. My kids liked having different options, especially when we were tired and didn’t want to do anything too big.

That said, some of the activities felt a little overpriced, and a few weren’t open when we checked, so it was kind of hit or miss. It still kept us busy overall, but I wouldn’t say it was amazing...

"Pretty quiet at night"
I was a little surprised by how quiet our room ended up being. We didn’t hear much from the hallway, and we slept well both nights. Nothing fancy to complain about, it was just a comfortable, easy stay.

I had to cancel my order it was simple. The refund came back when they said it would, and support got back to me fast too. No real complaints from me.

"Easy Parking, but Not Perfect"
We stayed at Camelback and overall the parking was easy, which was a nice surprise. There were plenty of spots when we arrived, the signs were simple enough to follow, and we didn’t have to drag our bags a mile to get where we were going. The shuttle around the resort was also really helpful, especially after a long day. That said, it wasn’t totally seamless, depending on the timing, it could still feel a little confusing or slow waiting around. But compared to what I expected, it made getting around a lot less annoying.

I booked a weekend stay on camelbackresort and it was mostly smooth for me. Finding the room options and picking the dates was easy enough, not like confusing or anything. I also liked that the prices showed before checkout, so there wasn’t that weird surprise at the end. The only thing is the site got kind of slow when I was adding extras, and I had to refresh it one time, which was mildly annoying. But the confirmation email came fast, so in the end it was fine...

"We ate at the resort a few times…"
We ate at the resort a few times everything we had was tasty. Breakfast was super easy and convenient, dinner tasted fresh, and the kids actually finished their food lol. I’m not sure, but it almost seemed like they might use better ingredients than you’d expect at a resort. Overall, no complaints from us.

"Fun snowboarding, but the lines were a pain"
I had a really fun time snowboarding overall, but wow, the queues were long. It felt like we spent way too much time standing around waiting instead of actually being on the slopes. Still enjoyed the day, but the waiting definitely got frustrating after a while

"Nice and Comfy Stay"
The room was clean and comfy, and the bed felt sooo soft after a long day. It was quiet enough that I slept good, which I really appreciated. Nothing too fancy, just a reeeally nice room to come back to and relax in.

"Easy Check-In and Really Kind Staff"
We had a really nice time at Camelback. To be fair, a good trip can depend a lot on how the staff treats you, and everyone we dealt with was genuinely helpful and patient. Check-in was simple, and whenever we had questions, they answered without making us feel like we were bothering them. That kind of friendliness really made the whole stay more enjoyable

"Absolute Hit With the Kids"
The kids loved it, no question about it. The slides were super clean and way more fun than I expected. I’m 100% sure we’ll be coming back again.
